This is a gorgeous tartan...the Dress Wildrose Crieff.  Paired with a used peplum style vest.   I have made a small repair on the inside lining of the vest, but otherwise, it is perfectly fine - just the normal brooch mark at the shoulder.
 
Costume has the following measurements...
 
Rose pink Aboyne vest: 
 
chest - 28"  (would suit a dancer with a 26" chest)
waist - 26.5" (would suit a dancer with a 23" waist)
back length to waist - 12.5"
 
Skirt/plaid:
 
Waist - 23-28"
Length - 17.5"  (plus a 5" hem)
